Professional skills development at home  A teacher is one who always keeps himself busy in learning new things. So in a way TEACHER IS THE BEST STUDENT.  For me  Reading literature ,grammar books, newspaper, magazines use of internet ,has helped a lot in learning and improving English language..  Along with that reading books related to pedagogy of English has helped a lot in knowing and understanding different methods approaches and techniques for teaching English language. In these days it was really useful to spend some time with teachers using a link... And Purpose was to LET US SPEAK ENGLISH.  It was organized by Sachin Hiremath sir.  Many teachers joined daily at 4:30 at Discussed about Language speaking skills grammar points, common errors and fluency. It helped many teachers to speak in English and they felt happy.. It helped all teachers learn English language using pictures, videos.   Here is the picture of link that we joined every day.  Along with this our school teachers joined through conference call and discussed about issues with school building, construction of new rooms. We also discussed about 10 assignment given by the educational department,  promotion and admission  , issue of transfer certificate and many other things. 

Always  activities help the children to learn the things with curiosity.. Even learning a language needs involvement and speaking environment.. Hence as a teacher it becomes our responsibility of conducting different activities for learning a language. .Here are some videos that I have gone through I have watched some of the TLMs and their usage. Functional language is different from structural language.. SL gives importance to the grammatical structure of the language and pays less importance to the meaning where as functional aspect of language gives preference to the communication and meaning 

Series of pictures related to a small story help the pupils to understand the series of action and tell a story..  Here we find pictures with the help of which students can try to frame sentences and identify actions.
